Bananas are the specialty of Targban, hence the service of banana ripening is one of the pilars of the company’s offer.
Targban disposes of a modern banana ripening facility equipped with 38 pressure chambers, located in Płochocin near Warsaw. 20 new chambers began operating in July 2010. The remote control system allows us for a 24-hour monitoring of the produce. The process as a whole is overseen by our trained and professional staff. Our experts can pride on scores of years’ experience, and some among them are graduates of trainings in Germany.
